Standard Shipping is free on orders of $139 USD or more.
Express Shipping costs $28.99 USD and is not included in the free-shipping offer.
Once your order has been dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and link.

Yes. Depending on product availability and fulfillment location, an order containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.
Each package receives its own tracking number and there is no additional shipping charge for split shipments.
Most eligible products can be returned within 90 days of delivery.
Products should generally be in new, resalable condition with their original packaging, tags and included accessories.
For approved returns within the return period, Anthorecommerce provides a prepaid return label.
Once an approved return reaches us and has been inspected, the refund is normally processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Your financial institution may require additional time to display the credit.
You can cancel an order free of charge before it ships.
If you need to correct your address or request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at help@anthorecommerce.com .
Once the package has been handed to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
For confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect items, we can provide a free replacement or a full refund.
Products sold by Anthorecommerce are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse or unauthorized modifications.
